Yesterday morning we packed up our things and headed out to the beach. Since it was a Monday, we were all by ourselves most of the time. We spent the day searching for frogs and fish and watching birds. What a beautiful day in September.

Thank You Maria! We were at Lake Wabamun. It is just beautiful, and it is a little less than an hour west of the city. Perfect for a day trip, however they do have camping as well.
